My teeth have never been better. None of my brackets broke (even when I ate some foods I wasn't allowed to), and the staff are super generous, and they will do anything to fix a problem. I would 10/10 recommend this orthodontist.

As a local general dentist with 35 years of experience working with different specialists, I have found both Dr Buchart and Dr Wachs to be excellent in every way. They really finish their cases nicely which is one of the most difficult aspects of orthodontics and many times is overlooked. I have sent my family and many of my patients there, always with great results. I would highly recommend them to anyone.  Thank you guys!!

I have been a patient of Buchart and Wachs for right at a year! I am older and was nervous about adult orthodontia, I have a difficult bite- a crossed underbite, which I've been told in previous consultations that I'm going to need surgery. I absolutely did not want to pursue that so I got a second opinion from Dr. Wachs, immediately she said "This isn't a bone issue, its a teeth issue and we can fix it with braces." I just looked at her and said, "Where do I sign?" and that was that. Fast forward to a year later and I'm already out of my braces and my teeth are perfect. I never knew it could be this easy, they offer payment plans, they are amazing to work with, I never had to wait longer than about 5 min for my appointments. 10/10 experience that I encourage anyone who wants to fix their smile or get rid of jaw pain to look into.

I had an amazing experience here at the Frankfort location and don’t understand the negative reviews. The staff was friendly, attentive, and always made me feel welcome. Wait times were short, and they explained my Invisalign thoroughly. I was never pressured to pay in full upfront, just the required deposit for the aligners to be created, and they even offer a monthly payment plan for the remainder of your balance. I had a great experience here at Buchart & Wachs! It was my first time here and everybody was very professional, very friendly, super accommodating, and welcoming. The orthodontist took time to hear why I was there and they even fit me into the schedule for a repair although I was not already on the schedule. We’ve had a great experience here with my daughter’s Invisalign. We had a couple of consult appointments before she came in to get her trays, and everything was explained carefully and thoroughly. They had us schedule several appointments in advance, which was convenient.
They have been friendly and professional and respectful of our time: we never have to wait more than a minute or so after checking in. Once, a rubber band connector fell off my daughter’s tooth, and they were able to get her right in to reapply it. My toddler also appreciates the movies they play in the waiting room, too.

I had that absolute best experience here. I first came to Buchart Wachs for a TMJ issues I had after a car accident. I was having trouble opening my mouth enough to brush my teeth and and could not eat without extreme pain. They have completely fixed this issue.

Then I proceeded with Invisalign and the results were amazing. The whole team was great a treated me so well throughout the entire process. I really cannot recommend this office enough. I send everyone I know to them!

Drs. Buchart and Wachs are absolutely the best at what they do and they work meticulously to get the outcome that you want. Thank you all so much what you have done has been nothing short of life changing for me!

Drs Buchart and Wachs did my adult  braces and my daughters braces. We had a great experience! As a dentist I am absolutely more particular than anyone and this office is fantastic!!!! And they truly experts in both adult and childhood treatment! Cannot recommend highly enough!!!!

I recommend Dr. Buchart and Dr. Wachs to all my friends and family. They are simply the best and their staff is so kind and understanding. They have several associates who speak Spanish and I think that is great because they can provide their wonderful services to the Hispanic community of Lexington.
